1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Daytripper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. The service

Daytripper is a trip planning app that generates day trip itineraries using on-device AI and Apple's mapping services. It is a planning tool — not a booking service, navigation app, or safety guide.

3. Pricing

Daytripper is a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD (or regional equivalent). There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. Apple's standard App Store terms and refund policies apply.

4. Accuracy

Trip itineraries are generated using AI and publicly available map data. We do not guarantee:

That venues will be open at the suggested times
That routes, drive times, or distances are perfectly accurate
That AI-generated descriptions are factually correct
That weather forecasts are accurate

Always verify venue hours, availability, and conditions before visiting. Use your own judgment when planning travel.

5. Your data

We don't collect any data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual property

The Daytripper name, logo, and app design are our property. Map data is provided by Apple MapKit. You may share trip itineraries generated by the app freely.

7. Limitation of liability

Daytripper is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to: inaccurate directions, venue closures, weather changes, or travel-related incidents.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
